At 212 Pizza Co, we are passionate about supporting local small businesses in our community! We eagerly welcome new ventures to Castle Rock and are excited to lend a helping hand.
212 will be accepting applications to assist with startup costs for new food or non-alcoholic beverage ventures.
To apply, you need to be 14+ and live in Castle Rock or the surrounding area.
One small business will be selected for a $1,000 sponsorship
Two small businesses will be selected for $500 sponsorships
All applications must be submitted by June 9th
A board of advisors, composed of local Castle Rock businesses leaders, will select: the businesses announce them June 17th
Preparation
1) Schedule an interview before you begin
2) Read and have a full understanding of the cottage foods act

Application
1) Attach a food serving license document

2) Attach a traditional business plan - this can be one you have already done with school or use the guide below; it must include how you will use the sponsorship funds - these funds can be used for smallwares, equipment, inventory, uniforms, printing, a way to process orders, future advertizing, website building etc https://www.sba.gov/business-guide/plan-your-business/write-your-business-plan
3) Attach a link for your business facebook, IG or website with a way to purchase products.
Applications need to be completed and sent via email with attachments to communityoutreach@212pizzaco.com by June 9th
